Dru Yoga is a very therapeutic, flowing style of yoga suitable for all including beginners. We work with mindful movement, breath work and relaxation for a healthy body and a calm and peaceful mind.
Mondays and Thursdays with Lynn, Wednesdays with Roy.
Tuesday’s Gentle/Chair Yoga class is run by Mandy Smith and is suitable for people with a wide range of health challenges and is mostly chair based with some optional standing movements.
